I am trying to plan in advance to help with avoiding carbs and have been cooking to pack thing for the work week and found I can not use ketchup or bbq sauce as it puts my carbs over the limit.

Liquid smoke, garlic, cumin, vinegar, tomato paste, and brown sugar splenda.  Works best if you marinate overnight then BBQ.  It ain't Famous Dave's but it doesn't have a lot of carbs either.

North Carolina vinegar based sauce.  White vinegar, Texas Pete, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper, liquid smoke, low carb ketchup and Splenda brown sugar baking blend.

There is one already made its a Light BBQ Sauce by Kraft, still has carbs but only 5 for a serving. (2 Table spoons) I rarely use condiments besides mayo. But if in the mood I use this, for a light dip. I don't think I ever use the full serving.

I usually don't care for any of the Walden Farm no calorie products but I did try their Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce and it was pretty good and has no carbs or anything else apparently.
