evening batch: starting  

EXERCITES:
doing laundry in the basement and running after grandbabies

It was a quiet day for me, but I'm off out for a 'gourmet' barbecue tomorrow and the weather is forecast to be good so I'm lookng forward to that.

Good evening,

Bites:

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries

L: leftover ribs

S: piece of watermelon, small piece rice krispy square

D: 3  hotdogs, no buns

S: protein shake

Vites: all in

Excertise : biked with the grandkids, when for a walk with them and played games in the backyard to.

Did I mention I am not much of an outside person. lol Had a great day. I am going to plan meals for tomorrow tonight so I can try to stay on track.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I like that you eating mindfully.  : )   When I want to go low low carb I have to plan, prep and practice before I jump in.

fell off the wagon today. no gluten, no chocolate, but yes on the sugar.   

double protein coffee

10 slices turkey bacon

3 cookies

double protein coffee

2 egg - egg salad with olives

popcorn chips

double protein coffee

blue cheese meat loaf

broccoli

tiny bit of mashed potatoes

almonds

greek yogurt w/a few blueberries

 later on:  double protein iced coffee

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch

fluids:  80+ oz.
