I am going to make myself accountable even if it kills me.............. I wish I had B L D and a few snacks but the truth is I graze all day.
protein shake made with heavy cream and 2 scoops of protein drink on my way to work
4 snack cheddar cheese spread out through out the day
beef jerky 7 or 8 ounces spread out over the day
3 oranges
2 packs of M&Ms
Oats with butter brown sugar and honey 16 ounces
taco salad from Jason's deli
Pasta w/ meat sauce
another orange
water water and more water
vits just have bed time one to take
I'm a grazer too but I organize it for this thread. lol Hang in there put your mind to carb detoxing. You can continue to graze, just cut out the dang carbs.

So it not required I stick with only 3 meals and snack............. I can drag my breakfast out over the morning and then start eating lunch and drag those packed item through out the afternoon?
Thanks I did not think that was going to work. I feel like I am obsessively eating but my stomach is small and I can not eat much at a given time.

Just make sure you are controlling the total serving sizes and nibble away. : )
