Woo hoo TGIF!! I'm gonna sleep tomorrow as I went to bed at 11:00 and got up for a 3 am poop - I didn't really get to sleep much after that (I've had weird bathroom habits for the last 10 years - the DS just makes them weird in a different way!! ;-))

Bites:
B: protein shake no fruit
S: celery with pb and a few ribs
L: omelet with onion, mushroom, ham and cheese
S: sugar peas, diet pop and chocolate bar
S: protein shake
D: 1/2 steak and spoon of potato salad
and 1/2 a small orange
not the worst day ever but still working on it.
Vites: all in except bedtime
Exercites: housework - grandkids coming tomorrow for 2 weeks
You did pretty darn good. Wishing you good luck with the grandkids. Let them have what you're having or starve. Trust me, they won't starve. lol
My kids used to go to my parents house every summer and that's where they learned to eat veggies straight from the garden. They talk about it to this day. Some things they learned to like, others they don't like, but they tried them first.

Finally got to feeling better but it took most of the week.
We're going on a day cruise in a week......very last minute but I'm really excited. I need a vacation!!!
Got some Kailua syrup to try in my protein coffee
