Good afternoon,
1 cup coffee with creamer - lots of carbs(sugar) in the creamer, going to try 1/2 and 1/2 with splenda
B: protein shake with 2 strawberries
Large Tim Hortins coffee with cream and splenda
L: salad and 1/2 of a Denver no bread and a coffee with cream and splenda
S: protein shake with a small handful of frozen berries
S: 4 wings with a little bit of honey garlic and 4 little ribs with plum sauce - next time I will just use spices so I am not having so much sugar - didn't realize how much sugar is in the sauces of both of these toppings.
S: garlic sausage and cheese
D: steak and coleslaw
I feel like I am still not really low carbing because of the carbs in the sugars I am eating. I am a work in progress.

Dinner and bedtime pending
Exercites: walking and shopping again
Hang in there, we're all a work in progress. At least you are aware of the hidden sugars. That's a good start.
