I'm off out for a works dinner tonight (I already made my selection) so I probably won't manage to post later.
Bloodwork went smoothly this morning - I barely felt anything and was concerned at the needle being taken out early. When I asked what about the other vials that needed to be taken I was shown they'd already been done (I looked away while it was done coz I'm squeamish).

Oh, good! Don't be afraid of mixing with equal parts 1/2 & 1/2 and water for the creamy ones and CrystalLite for the fruity ones.
Bruising can also be low vitamin K1. We need to take a dry form. I take 1000mcg a day in a little capsule I get from Vitalady.

When do you take your iron? Its the hardest for me to get in because there is five of them and my stomach is still to small to pop them all at once. So I would only take two in the am will still waking up. Then Id take two when I'm out of bed and moving. I took them too close together on Tuesday and threw up. GROSS GROSS!
I usually go to bed with a full tummy from my bed time vites and by the time im ready for my iron batch ive fallen asleep. DO you take them all at once?
At first they made me sick too. So, I started again and I only took 1 capsule a day for a week, then 2 capsules the second week, 3 the third week, etc.
