Liquid/gummy Vits
I'm 5 weeks out. I've been trying to get down the 31 VitaLady vitamins each day, but it's been difficult. I gag every time. As an alternative, I'd like your advice on which vitamins to take as gummy or liquids. I'm hoping that will be easier for me. Not taking the vitamins is certainly putting my health at risk.
Just take what you can at this point of VL vitamins. If it's only the multies, calcium and mag citrate, so be it. Keep at it but go real slow. If you have to, dump the contents of the calcium and mag cit capsules into your protein shakes or yogurt. Cut the multi in half. You can do it but don't put too much pressure on yourself.

Capsules might be easier to swallow than pills. I believe EN used to open her calcium capsules and put them in her lemonade, but that is from a very old thread (and I am pulling that from my memory bank!). The point is you may have to be creative with the way you take them.
Good luck!
Liquids maybe, but likely cannot find everything you need.
Gummies - never.
Try this method:
1) fill mouth with liquid (as much as you're able to swallow) and tilt head back.
2) drop pills into mouth full of liquid and swallow all together. You usually don't feel a thing.
At first, you can only do one or two pills at a time,. Today, I shovel them in by the handful. I taught my son this method when he was only 4 yrs old and never had to chase him around the house with a spoon and liquid again.
