MFP... How reliable?
DS on 02/05/13
I ate about 4 oz of Ribeye steak grilled for lunch. Initially I used the first one. Home grilled since thats what my steak was. and it only gave me 8 grams of protein. I'm sure thats not correct so I used the second one and it says 36 grams of protein. then I added the last one and it seams the most realistic. How reliable is Myfitnesspal.com?

For some reason MFP would never work for me on my phone. Another option is Calorie Counter by Fat Secret. What I like most about it is that it gives you a summary of your intake that day right on the home page. And it let's you chose what four items you want to track on that home page. I've selected Calories, Fat, Carbs and Protein. It also let's you create recipes that you can save as favorites for later.
But I have heard others who love MFP.
