Ok, alot of you's may not like my solution but I could'nt STAND being hungry every other hour, it was too annoying!. My solution....I did up my protein but mainly through shakes (I've become very creative) but bottom line what really helped ME was adding a little more carb to my day. I don't go carb crazy but just a little goes a long way for me. I still aim for under 50g carbs daily, but a nice peice of protein bread throughout the day really helps. This was MY solution.

ohhh, also, increasing the fat. While we are so focused on getting our proteins in we forget the fat or at least it's more difficult to get fat in. So for me, I try to up my fat as well.

Your post-op sleeve swelling is going down.  This happened to me as well.  Now I have "big tummy" days where I want to eat all day, and "small tummy" days where nothing appeals to me.

Every two hours is about a fair time to eat for a newbie DSer.  Just keep getting good quality protein, like you said, and you should be fine!
