S: a few French fries
D: ground turkey with mushrooms, green onion and green pepper and cheese and with that mixture I had broccoli and some mac n cheese
S: chocolate bar
VItes: all in for the day and night
Exercites: walking while shopping
You're stress eating the wrong things? Carb detox might work. I mentioned it in your Protein post. Gotta get that hubby on board to help you and not sabotage you too. : (

D: Ground Turkey 1/4 cup, cheese 3 tbs, and salsa

750 Mg of Magniusim
50 Oz of water!
Excecise:
15 Minutes Eliptical
15 Treadmill
