Good Evening,
B: protein shake with 2 strawberries
L: pork tenderloin and small baked potato with sour cream
S: protein bar Atkins
S: a few French fries
D: ground turkey with mushrooms, green onion and green pepper and cheese and with that mixture I had broccoli and some mac n cheese
S: chocolate bar

VItes: all in for the day and night
Exercites: walking while shopping

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

You're stress eating the wrong things?  Carb detox might work. I mentioned it in your Protein post. Gotta get that hubby on board to help you and not sabotage you too.  : (

I have to get on a plan to make the changes and I want to start soon, my tummy was not happy last night due to the white pasta, but I start each day off pretty good then I seem to stray. I am going to eat as much protein as I can today and see if that helps.

7 Weeks Out

B: Pure Protein Shake in can (35 grams of protein)

B2:  5 pieces of potato home fries

L: Gluten free Turkey and Bean burrito with cheese (my creation), 1tbs of Salsa, 1thbs, of light sour cream

S: 4 ritz crackers

D: Ground Turkey 1/4 cup, cheese 3 tbs, and salsa

 

Vites

3 BA Adeks

1 B12

750 Mg of Magniusim

50 Oz of water!

 

Excecise:

15 Minutes Eliptical

15 Treadmill
