Yes, I will promise to do better with my vites! You have a deal! and No, I don't know how to do the protein math. I was just told to aim for 90-120 per day. So if there is a formula for that please let me know. Thanks!

Hi-- Just a thought with all your working out your turning the fat you have into muscle and muscle does weight more so you might be loosing the fat. I had the 3 week stall also after about 3 or 4 weeks after starting to eat nuts I broke the stall I am thinking because of the protein and fat in them.
