Menstruation weight

Yesterday morning I weighed myself and saw I put on 4 lbs overnight. Whatttttt I said to myself. Later that evening I got my period. Geez, can we put on 4 lbs overnight from menstruation alone?

Yes. And it ****** me off. LOL.

I was talking to someone privately. I have to show that I lost weight in the pre-op period in order to have surgery and my last weigh and meeting with the NUT is scheduled right about the time my period is due to start. Grrrrrr..... I'm going to have to go all hard core before then to make sure I meet my goal... :)
