Taking less vites today as I have my blood work Thurs AM so I got everything in that I wanted to get.

I had a short walk in new shoes at lunch today and now have the blisters to prove it... it hate new shoes!! :-(

Good luck on your labs. Shame about the blistered feet. I wear some fugly shoes to work so I can walk a few laps a day. ; )

B2: Voskos 0% Greek Yogurt, apricot

L: Amy's Gluten Free Veggi Lasanga about 3/4 of meal

D: Fat Free refried beans 1/4 cup; ground turkey with taco seasoning 1/4, cup; 1tbs light sour cream, cheese and mild salsa: My tortilla-less taco

Soon you'll be able to start switching to full fat dairy and other stuff. The low fat gig is more for RNYrs who dump on sugar and fat. NUTs don't get this but you'll read in some of the DS specific literature, "fat is your friend."

S: orange yogurt smoothy from Tim Hortins

L: hot dog with white bun - stomach not happy this evening

D: omelet with cheese and a couple pieces of cucumber

S: 4 chocolate mints and a crystal light lemonade

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
