Haven't been on here in a long time.  But since I am on today, I'll post :)

It's SO hot here, I just haven't been hungry at all today.  Just drinking lots of ice-cold water.

B- about 1/3-1/2 cup of crumbled sausage

L- sweet and spicy meatballs, glass of whole milk

D- Chicken Alfredo and broccoli (with only a few bites of pasta)

S- probably a container of greek yogurt

i realize i am in the customer service business, but some days i get dumped on pretty bad.  so glad to put this day away.

double protein coffee

hard boiled egg

thick cut bacon

1/2 chicken sandwich w/mayo, swiss cheese, pickles. 3 strips of bacon, on rye toast

mini carrots

string cheese

buffalo chicken burger - no bun

vites:  working on bedtime batch now

fliuds:  90+oz

Hi Gina,
Well, did a massive low carb day and was pretty miserable. Only breakfast and dinner and theoretic coffee were enjoyable....just whining,

B: bacon, protein shake
S: 1/4 c trail mix
S: protein coffee
S/L: 6 pieces of string cheese
S: Adkins bar
D: hamburger partie smothered in sautéed onions, cherry tomato, 2 slices avacado

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work, 15min in pool
