S - SF Kahlua SF syrup in protein coffee (30g)
L - beef roast, red potato, brussel sprouts
S - JayRobb bar
S - peanuts
D - fish nuggets and fresh tomato slices w/mayo

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done   
iron: done
evening batch: starting   

EXERCITES:
none

I had some licorice (not much at all) in the AM with my protein shake, pre-workout and it gave me the gurgles all day!!  I've got to get a grip some how and break of this rut and get some more variety foodwise... carbs are not the right kind of variety though as my guts spent all day telling me!! :-(

Goodness!  What exactly is in that licorice? Just a little shouldn't throw you off so much.

I had the gurgles all day but I'm OK now so should have an OK night at least.  I think it's coz I had it in the AM and hadn't eaten much else.

Good afternoon,

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries

S: yogurt and almonds

L: protein shake

S: meat and cheese

D: roast pork, baked potato with sour cream and butter with a salad

Vites:

B: done, L: done, waiting on supper and bedtime

Exercites: nothing today

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hi Gina,
Think I've picked up some GI virus. Heading to bed early.
Going to try and tell myself not to eat this week.

B: (late). Bacon, protein shake

D: few bites chicken and dumplings,peas.

GI bug may be a blessing in disguise? I hate to think that way but sometimes I can't help it.
