BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - protein coffees (30g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds and a protein coffee (30g)
S - leftover chicken Caesar salad and a protein iced coffee with SF Kahlua coffee liqueur syrup--yum!
L - JayRobb bar
S - 
D - shrimp ****tail, chips and dip, brats, strawberries and hard cider

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done  
iron: done 
evening batch: done   

EXERCITES:
doing laundry--up and down stairs and running after grandbabies

B2: pork shoulder steak, brussel sprouts in butter
L: egg salad with and celery sticks
S: protein drink
D:  peanut butter cheese bacon hamburger, fully loaded, on lettuce for bun
S: raspberries with SF pudding

Vits: vow to be on track today

Exer: take the dog for a run on the bike

Went to a potluck yesterday.  Lots of good deserts.  Lots of pasta salads, margaritas flowing.  Not one piece of crap passed through my lips.  No gas last night, no diarrhea this morning.  And I have lost my 4 lb gain this week.  That thumping noise is me patting myself on the back.  wink

Was gonna go for a nice long walk this morning but it rained and I didn't get round to it this afternoon!! :-(  The walk even has the promise of a Costa coffee at the half way mark (like Starbucks but they carry SF caramel whereas Starbucks only have SF vanilla and hazelnut).

Birthday cake melt down yesterday! More cake coming next week... Was it worth it? Yep!

B - Coffee and cream; cilantro pesto scrambled eggs with mozzarella and a dollop of cream cheese: prosciutto on the side
S - nuts and SF Popsicle

D - TBD

Vites - yep!
Cites - 35 minutes on the elliptical and some weight lifting
