Vits: vow to be on track today
Exer: take the dog for a run on the bike
Went to a potluck yesterday. Lots of good deserts. Lots of pasta salads, margaritas flowing. Not one piece of crap passed through my lips. No gas last night, no diarrhea this morning. And I have lost my 4 lb gain this week. That thumping noise is me patting myself on the back.
Way to go!!

Was gonna go for a nice long walk this morning but it rained and I didn't get round to it this afternoon!! :-( The walk even has the promise of a Costa coffee at the half way mark (like Starbucks but they carry SF caramel whereas Starbucks only have SF vanilla and hazelnut).
