it was such a beautiful evening, after dinner hubs and i did some light gardening.  then, i sat on the deck with my kindle and read until dark.  been a long time since i allowed myself just to sit and enjoy the outdoors.  nice,

double protein coffee

hard boiled egg

5 slices lebanon bologna

double protein coffee

taco salad no shell

mini carrots

granola bar

double protein iced coffee

hubby's bacon cheese burger -no roll 

few grilled potato wedges

grilled corn on the cob - 1/2 ear

double protein iced coffee

1/2 brownie

vites:  none, getting labs done tomorrow

fluids:  100 oz
