S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds and a protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - JayRobb bar
D - out to Texas Roadhouse-- margarita, 2 rattle snake bites, a couple bites of chicken Caesar salad, and cheesecake

6 Weeks out

B: Subway Sunrise Melt, 3 inch no bread, egg white, cheese, turkey, tomato

S: Chike Coffee Protein: 2O Grams

L: 1 Ounce of Baked Salmon, 1 tbs of yellow rice, spoonful of Green Beans

S: Chike Coffee Protein

 

I flaked out on dinner I felt extremely bloated last night, and I know it is because I have been drinking out of straw

 

Vites:

3 Bariatric Advantage ADKES

1000 MG of Calcium Citrate

2 Flintstone Vites

 

9 Ounces of water

I know it's hard but keep after those fluids. If you start to feel nauseous all the time head to the ER or doc in a box to get some fluids  via IV.

Yay - TGIF!! kiss  Out to dinner with DH tonight but I'm pretty sure I'll go for the prawn ****tail.  It's been nice weather here and I don't want anything too heavy.

B:  coffee with cream

S: protein drink, double scoop

L: cheese stick

D: BBQ pork shoulder steak. 
1 cup of strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries

D2: potluck.  Lord, I pray do not let me eat carbs and have to leave cause the gas is lethal.  

Vits:  have not been good today. 

Exerc:  interviewed for a job.  Played lots of mental games.  Tried really hard to be clairvoyant, witty, and warm – that burned up all my glycogen stores for sure.   I crawled to my car.

I swear that my suit fit 2 days ago, but this morning my pants were too big.  Looked like I had lost 10 lbs overnight.  This caused me to forget my 'personal marketing elevator pitch'.   Wow.  Remember that book/movie Future Shock?  Yea....  You know what I'm getting at here.

Hi Gina,
Hope you enjoyed your dinner out. We went out too because I didn't feel like cooking.
Depressed....feeling like I'm gaining weight and eating out of control. Over dinner DH and I discussed what to do about snacks and lunches. I define with breakfast and dinner.
On a good note: I've only gotten sick once in the last 4 weeks

B: bacon, protein shake
S: muffin (I know......just get SO hungry.....eat at 5:30 and rarely get lunch till 1)
L: chicken fajita meat, few chips and guacamole ( going away party for a clinic nurse )
D: shrimp ****tail, ceasear salad, few bites of Dh's baked potato, cheddar biscuit

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work, grocery shopping, pool exercises for 15 min

Can you take a baggy of nuts around with you so you can snack on DS-friendly stuff rather than the muffin?

I may try that again. I've gotten so burned out on cheese and nuts. Can't do raw veggies.
