Hello and a travel question?

Hi Everyone,

Next week on June 26th I will be traveling to Mexico to have the second part of this surgery completed.  I am very excited about this change in my life.  I did not realize 6 years ago I should have had the whole DS the first time around.  My question is to anyone who flew home after surgery, What should I expect and is there anything special you can think of that I should do flying home?  I will be flying from San Diego to Dallas.

Just make sure you stay long enough in MX to be sure you are OK.

Hi,

I flew from Maine to MI and could not get a straight flight. I stayed a week in MI after surgery and had no issues what so ever when flying home. The only thing my surgeon was worried about was sitting still for so long on the flight but I had no issues at all. I even walked between flights myself figured it was for the best to get my legs moving when I could. Best of luck
