Hola!!

B - Iced sf turtle latte with half & half

B2 - egg salad with bacon crumbles and pork rinds

L - Tortilla roll up with cream cheese, bacon and bacon bologna

D - Leftover philly beef sloppy joe - minus the bun

This stuff is awesome.  It's just 1 lb. hamburger, onions, fresh mushrooms, 4 oz cream cheese and then slices of cheese left to melt over the top.  It's great cuz you can slap it on a bun for the "normal" eaters in your house, and eat in a bowl for yourself :)

S - Protein shake

B: coffee with heavy cream
L: protein bar
S: protein shake
D: Protein shake

Still using the 3,000+ calorie day on Monday.  Guess it all evens out.

Vites: doing well.  Bought some Chia seeds yesterday.

Exer: taking the dog in for vaccines.  Wrestling a pit bull was easier when I was 70 lbs heavier.

Wrestling the dog definitely counts as exercise...even little dogs.

I hope I don't have a near death experience in bathroom tonight as a result!!  I did some Step this afternoon on the highest level the Step goes to and that really got my heart rate pumping - must've been in the 170s, but I've mislaid the strap for my heart rate monitor!! :-S

... and I actually didn't have enough chocolate to die (I really can't get away with much).  I almost had the opposite problem as I didn't have strawberries with my daily dose of heavy cream!! ;-)

I hope the Chike works for you. I love my protein coffee. Are you also taking a couple of multivitamins or not just yet?
