Good morning!!

Protein - 109, Carbs - 43, Fat - 142 (woot woot!!!)

B - Homemade egg salad with real bacon bits and green olives with some pork rings (28g)

S - SF Hazelnut Iced coffee with half & half

S - Low carb tortilla wrap with veggie cream cheese and a slice of bacon bologna (9g) - Bacon bologna is weird.  It doesn't taste like bacon to me!!!

L - Leftover grilled ribeye (22g) - I feel so dainty when a steak I'd have normally eaten in one sitting with sides now lasts for three meals

S - Peanut butter protein balls (28g)

D - Probably an Atkins frozen meal (22g)

Meh - no excercites and DH is hassling me about having the Step in the lounge and me not using it!! :-S  But you know what it's like when a gal's not in the mood - men just don't get that he he!! ;-)

A blah day....
Wayyyy too many carbs, out of control. I get hungry and am so tired of cheese. But it's all excuses

Day started out in an awful meeting and just kept going downhill from there! Wish I could eat my feelings but guess I'll just feel them instead. Bah!

Bites:
B - coffee & cream; ham and cheese frittata with 2 pcs bacon
L- Costco chicken salad over butter lettuce salad with salsa ranch dressing
S - mixed nuts and 1 pc if chocolate covered macadamia nut thing
D - wakame salad; chile lime shrimp; bolani pumpkin bread with cheese spread and cilantro pesto
S - cheese and SF Popsicle

Vites - almost all
Cites - nope
