I know we are supposed to have at least 100 g of protein a day. What's the golden rule on how much water we are supposed to have? Does water/milk you add to the daily protein drinks count towards that?

Milk is very high carb and the lactose makes most of us pretty sick (gas/bloating) so I would steer clear of milk for a while.  You can count the water in protein drinks.  I aim for a gallon of water a day.  I pretty much just drink constantly.  Still, even after almost 4 years out.

My program said 64+ oz of fluids, preferably water daily.

The milk/water you add to your shakes does count toward fluid intake.

same here.  our program states 64 oz.  i strive for 80 - 90 oz each day.  feel better with that much in me and things move along nicely if you know what i mean.  it did take me a long time to get to 90 oz a day.
