Happy Father's Day!  Hubby is going to play golf this morning and I'm cooking for a crowd. We'll have an afternoon of good eats and grandbabies. : )

2nd B - eggs and bacon
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds and a protein coffee (30g)
L - BBQ country style ribs, corn on the cob, salad or greens, blackberry cobbler and ice cream
D - leftovers
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Yesterday was good, though stomach still off somehow. Trying to get back on target foodwise. Havent been terrible, but I have been lax. B - grapes, lil smokies with smoked gouda and cresent stria (bad, I know. L - Turkey roll ups, gouda and grapes. D - Grapes and a few cherries. Didnt really feel like eating much. All vites and water. No real exercising, but working on purging clutter and sorted through some music deciding what to keep and toss.

Hi, JoJo!  : )  Sometimes it works to slowly slip back into low carb rather than try it cold turkey. I hope you have a productive day.

Uh I've been paying for the indiscretion of having a couple of cookies all day today - gurgles et al.  I won't be doing that again any time soon.  They were the first real cookies I've had post DS.

Good evening,

B1: protein shake with 1/2 banana and handful of frozen mixed berries

B2: creamcheese pancakes with pb and sf syrup

L: yogurt

S: chips and diet pop

D: turkey, potatoes, gravy, stuffing and tomato

Dessert: small piece of cherry pie, just ate the filling

VItes: all in except bedtime

Exercites: nothing today

I have had a tough weekend, I  plan to get back on track tomorrow, the chips have got to go.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I was naughty this weekend. 

Saturday I had buttered popcorn from the movie theater. Today I had a small piece of thin crust bacon and cheddar pizza from Dominoes. (I felt like **** after too) however so far it has not messed up my bowels. Neither did the popcorn and it was GLORIOUS! It satisfied my cravings and I am back to my old diet now. LOL. I lost almost two pounds lol. 

I will post Monday on here when I get back to my regular diet.

Okay, here's actually Sunday (I think I was a day off).

S - Yogurt with benefiber added.

B - Bacon with fried Egg & cheese slice.

L - Turkey rollups with smoked gouda and grapes

S - Last of the cherries

D - Turkey rollups with smoked gouda and 2 deviled eggs.  Followed by a cup of chocolate ice cream.

All vites and water.

No real exercise beyond emptying boxes and carting to the basement.
