First major milestone - Yahoooooo

I'm down out of the 400s. 399 to be exact. Even though I know the scale can drive me (us) crazy I'm too new to give it up.
Two months out from surgery and I am at approx. 25% EWL.

It's still a long road but everyone here gives me hope that the DS is the tool that will get me into the low 200's.

So, thanks everybody for all the support, advice, and information.

Next major milestone is 50% EWL. Looking forward to switching my ticker from counting up to one that is counting down.

Congrats that is amazing!!!! Keep it up! The DS is awesome and really works! I am starting to love my DS poop and all. LOL

I am three pounds from being in the two hundreds.....I am anxious to hit a milestone myself.
