Hey!  Your dog has to weigh more than 50 lbs for that to count as exercise.  I've seen your dog...

But cleaning the bathroom tub out, mopping the floor of all the wet dog drips, and the shaking of wet dog all over the bathroom cabinet fascia – all the while wondering if it isn’t cheaper to take said animal to an expensive grooming salon – that’s exercise.  Chasing said wet dog through the house as it shakes against all electronic screens and expensive, porously upholstered furniture is just an added exercise bonus.

After the animal has shaken virtually all excess 'wet dog' smelling liquid onto every surface of the home, you are able to shoo dog outside where it finds the first pile of bad stuff and proceeds to lay down and roll in it.  Not killing the dog at that point also counts as exercise because you burn calories just thinking about the mess created so that dog could go roll in the first vile thing it found in the yard.

But as I said, all this exercise counts only if your dog weighs more than 50 lbs.  Extra credit if it can run faster than a Thooughbred horse.

OK now my post sounds boring after Jashley's whitty one, but I want at least half a brownie point for posting some bites - OK I know half you guys have barely had lunch yet, but that's not the point!! ;-)

I'll get some 'cites tomorrow when I meet up with some former colleagues to play badminton - not sure how effective an exercise it'll be as I'm pretty hopeless at badminton and now I'm rusty to boot, but catching up with them will be good.

Noreen - I'm curious why you eat turkey bacon instead of regular...? I actually like it better than regular bacon but thought as a DSer I would need to find a way to love regular bacon. For shame, I know! But I love the crunch of turkey bacon from the microwave.
