I'm a bit late today, stayed up way to late making jewelry lol.
Bites:
B: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 bacon (22g)
L: 2 Protein Shakes (60g)
D: Tri-Tip Roast (17g)
S: 2 ounces peanuts (13g)
Totals: 65g fat, 112g protein, 26g carbs
Vites : all in
Exercise: 10 flights of stairs
Hopefully tomorrow I won't get distracted by all the pretty stuff and eat more often :)
