It's been a long time!
I can't remember the last time I posted here, but I just wanted to drop in and tell everyone that I still LOVE my DS at 4 years out. I've lost, and kept off, 130 lbs! I don't recognize many of the posters names here anymore, but I wish everyone well!

Hi there! I've been scarce too, but occasionally stop in to keep up on our DS information. I've also noticed a lot of the old timers don't post anymore. Then again, some of those old timers stick around to help too. I'm glad you're popping in again too!
