Valerie,

Someone was telling me that you use a Krispy Kreme donut to break a stall.  I thought you ate that to break a constipation. 

Is either of these statements true?

It seems both statements may be true - KKs can be used to break a stall because they help you poop out like crazy!  Ahh, the weirdness of our magical DS!

Wow.  Thanks for searching and digging this up.  I would have never thought....

And I don't get it.  Yea, the physics and logistics of it make sense.  But as soon as you get the KK out of your system and start eating, the void created in 'the lower 48' region that housed all that poop is going to be filled back up... and the weight will come back up.

Has anyone ever done this on a regular basis to break a weight loss stall?  I certainly vouch for eating sugar if you are constipated - that works.
