Nuts!

i eat nuts as part of my ds diet every day.  i usually purchase from a wonderfully family owned company called -- nuts.com.  fast shipping, fantastically fresh. been using them as my nut source for over 4 years. they have many many other snack related items too.

sadly, i can no longer tolerate peanuts.  too much gas, so i stay away from them.

That makes me so happy, Noreen!  I had my DS w/Dr G- same group as Dr Bonanni.  So, hopefully, this "no nut" thing is temporary!  My "bible"- the handbook from the group- is MIA!

hey there.  drs b & g are awesomely talented surgeons.  the nutrition guide given to us ds'ers, mmmmm, not so much.  i miss going to support group. have you been?

I haven't.  There's only been one since my surgery, and I just couldn't get there- I was still pretty much disabled by the nausea.  I'm hoping to get there the next one, which is this Tuesday 6/18.

On your advice I just placed an order with nuts.com!  I picked a few things I have never tried and looking forward to getting my order.  Thanks!
