Start swimming laps and see if you can boost your metabolism. WW if you need the in person support wouldn't be a bad thing as long as you stay low carb and high protein.

I really need to get back on track, so posting here :). I am in the process of moving (and taking naps) which have messed with my schedule.

Bites: (Weight Loss Mode)

Protein: 117g Carbs: 17g Fat: 74g Fiber: 6g (taken from myfitnesspal)

B: Protein shake (30g)

S: Brok's Pizza Slice (18g)

L: Brok's Pizza 3/4 slice: (13.5g)

S: Protein Shake (30g)

D: Crockpot Bacon Chicken and Cheese (24g)

Vites:

Vitalady plan minus iron, B complex, and copper

Exercise: none but walked up and down stairs a couple of times.

Water: 6 glasses

I am finding the increased activity level and stress of moving makes me tired. I end up sleeping alot and not up for 12 hours some days. I need to get this under control. Thanks for support :)

You're always welcome. I hope this helps. Could it be time for an iron infusion or something?

I had my iron checked and oddly enough it has gone up since surgery. I may have it checked again at my 9 month visit, as the surgeon's office doesn't want to check it until my one year, in December. I am not on anything for iron yet. I attribute this to eating lots of red meat. It was the only thing I could tolerate for awhile there. But I worry if it is low. It seems any cardio type exercise drains me to the point of needing a nap. Even walking. I feel like I just came out of surgery again lol. I am 6 months, 3 weeks today

Maybe I just need some caffeine :) Haven't had any since I went off soda last Thanksgiving. I'd love to try some protein coffee but heavy cream does me in :( Maybe one day :)

Maybe your primary would run your labs just for iron markers?

I will ask him. I see him on the 25th. He ordered protein and D labs for me as the lab never did them.
