mid Morning: zinc, 4 calcium doses, 4 mag cit,4 boron

mid afternoon: iron w/C

Darn - I had a 2:30-3am poop and didn't get up 'til 5:30!!  I just had a 20 minute walk at lunch as I saw the gastro after work tonight.  I'll only get iron infusions and vit D shots if my numbers are low on the day, so I don't know if it's worth stopping taking iron and D for a day or 2 before the draw (or more?), what do you think?

Arghh a whole month, but I wanna get my blood drawn in a couple of weeks.  My levels weren't high to start with though, maybe that'll swing it.

Hot, muggy, yucky day here in the Midwest.  Yuck!!

Protein - 120, Carbs - 40ish

B - SF Turtle latte with whole milk - (20g)

B2 - 1/2 bacon egg cheese breakfast burrito minus the burrito (20g)

S - Protein coffee (21g)

L - Hot & sour soup and egg salad (24g)

D - ?? (maybe an Atkins meal, so about 20g)

S - ?? (protein shake or protein bar, so about another 15-20g)

Vites - AM In, PM Pending

Exercites - I'm just going to try my darndest to avoid the humidididididity today

Same hot and humidididity here today too. DC is awful in the summer.
