First steps

Step One: Learn more about surgical weight loss at our free seminar; you can either attend in-person or watch it online.  If you live outside a reasonable traveling distance from Salt Lake City, you can receive the information in the mail.

Step Two: Complete forms with your patient information and medical history.

Check, check. 

Now I wait to hear back from the surgeon's office after they contact my insurance company.  This is all very intimidating.  Off we go. 

I chose Dr. Simper in Utah to do my DS surgery.
