#@$% scale
At 4 weeks out, I stopped losing. At 5 weeks I had a gain. At 6 I started losing again. It happens to us from time to time. It's natural. It's normal. You are probably eating more solid now than a few weeks ago so there may be a gain. But it's ok, it's a good gain.
It's hard not to focus on the scale when you are new or trying to lose weight. But remember, it is just a number, it doesn't define you. It doesn't tell you how great you or doing, or what you can do now that you couldn't do before.
Also, try some greek yogurt or egg drop soup. You can even toss a little protein powder in there if you like :)

My advice. As hard as it is, stay off the scale. I had 5 Dr's appts 3 weeks ago. One I had a stress test so was weighed at the lab and the Cardiologist office. In a 3 day period, I had a variance of 7lbs. It's not just our bodies, i****er. It's if the scales are working properly.
I only weigh now when I go to the Dr or have to for some reason. It's really rewarding to do this too!
I go by my clothes. Hang in there!
I do recommend, FAGE yogurt (thank you MajorMom) w/a scoop of protein powder, EVERY morning to get your system going. It's gentle on our new bowels and we get 39 grams of protein or so to start the day off!
