Did an hour of Shaun T Insanity this morning - I hope I ache tomorrow as I thought my efforts were a little wimpy - if I had a mirror then my form would improve but DH won't go for that in the lounge he he! Hopefully as I get stronger my form will improve (I'll have to focus on that of course, but today's focus was just getting through the workout).

traveled today to visit my 81 yr old dad. he still works in the wood shop everyday and makes toys. amazing.

Sounds like a wonderful day. I remember my great grandfather's and great uncle's wood shops. They made some beautiful furniture and I have a picture of my oldest on a wooden baby scooter my uncle made for him.
