Yay - worked out again this morning... now if I can manage to do just 20 mins before work tomorrow I'll be on a roll (I'll go to bed with my workout top on so I'm ready to roll first thing... we'll see).

Would gluten free Chex cereal give you problems? I love making my own Chex Mix and they have a ton of gluten free flavors. Or even say 10 Cheese Its? I'm a little worried about missing the crunch down the line.

Carbs are evil.     Light on the carby stuff (Chex and Chees Its) more nuts and seeds.

Hi Gina,
Well, made it home late last night. Nitwits goring to get back to reality and on track. Only got sick once on the trip. My BFF was so worried about me. Lol. Told her it was jus my "normal".

Not sure how to get back track except cut cut the carbs. Will get on the scale in the am to see the damage. Clothes don't feel tight, though

B: bacon, protein shake
S: cheese, salami, slice of SF sour dough bread
S: peanut butter and graham crackers
D: meatballs, mashed potatoes, Cesar salad

V: one batch left
E: housework, laundry, grocery shopping, laid out by the pool for vit D

Good evening,

BItes:

B: protein shake with a handful of frozen berries

L: 3 slices bacon, 2 scrambled eggs and 1 slice of ww toast with sf jam

S: small bowl of chips

D: beef, gravy, few potatoes and broccoli  - dessert Ice cream

S: protein shake with 1/2 banana, a few berries and chocolate almond milk

VIts: on my way to my bedtime ones

Exercites: nothing today

Back to work tomorrow with a positive attitude - this is a tough job but I can do it. I need to relax about it.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
