Got my insurance revision approval from crapband to DS AND got my surgery date - September 9. A little further out than I hoped for, but NONETHELESS, it is scheduled and is going to happen!!!!

CrapBanded - 8/04.

Approved for revision to DS - 6/13.

DS surgery date - 9/9/13

Congratulations! I was banded in August 2007 as well and had the revision surgery to the DS November 2012.
