Looking for thoughts here - what are some magic foods you have found?  Who has thoughts of  super foods that your new DS tummy says YUM, YUM, YUM, and when things are not going so well, seem to right the ship.  Many of them, I would guess, would be high protein and high fat.

Personally, I find that Salmon in a pesto sauce seems to make for a good party in my tummy!  Slab bacon, without the preservatives, also seems to be super yummy.  Hummus also seems to be a winner.  What other suggestions does everyone have?

Yestserday I went to the ovies and I had some popcorn with butter. It went down sooooo welll. I'm not sure if popcorn is a food that we could have without compromising our weight issues but darn I was surprised at how much I could have!

P.S. The hummus and salmon are winners for me too!

How do I eat the hummus?  With a spoon.

Usually, I don't put the hummus on anything.

Otherwise, sometimes, I will spread it on a leaf of spinach, or on a slice of tomato.
