B: 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 TBS butter, 2 TBS parm cheese
L: chicken thigh in teriyaki seseme sauce
D: chicken thigh with mayo crust
S: 2 scoop protein shake
S: 4 egg raw protein shake
S: 2 cups strawberries with Reddi whip. Man, that is a lot of carbs. And gas. Need to stop this.
Vites: holding off on vits. Going for 6 month labs tomorrow.
Exerc: running to the bathroom repeatedly. A real work out.
I hope you can find some SF whipped cream. Nothing wrong with strawberries and cream. Good luck with your labs tomorrow.

Land o lakes has a can of whipped heavy cream. 20 cal, no sugar, no carbs
I know the ingrediants say sugar but its not enough to count. so the label says 0

You can get three cans at costco for like 5 bucks. My son and I spray it in our mouths straight from the can when we need a little treat!
Ah! Good idea making the pizza with Ezekiel bread. : )

It was pretty good too. I just realized last night that I am not subtracting fiber from my carbs on any of my foods so I am actually getting less carbs than I thought. MyFitnesspal does not do that either. I will just keep posting it as they calculate it though.
The pizza was pretty good but I could not eat the whole thing!
Body Blast work out was a blast! Crazy but good... I feel the muscle burn today but not too bad... Will go again since I survived and like the idea of not paying a trainer but getting a similar workout. Need to get over fear that I'm going to make the Bosu ball explode! oy...
Bites:
B - Fage yogurt w/raspberries and slivered almonds
S - Raw almonds and beef jerky
L- salad with mixed veggies and low fat salsa dressing with crab salad on top
S - frittata and 1 pc of bacon
D - pork chop w/veggie and some kind of carby thing... maybe even a bit of dessert - going out for dinner!
Vites - almost all - missed one of my calciums
Cites - nope! Still recovering from body blast
