Hi All

I will be going to see my GP in a few weeks and was wondering what kind of labs I should have her run when she sends me for blood work. Dr G never said anything about blood work when I saw him last time but I want to get them done to make sure everything is ok?, Thanks for the help. Have a great week.

Many surgeons check labs the first year at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. He said nothing about labs? Perhaps Greenbaum's office would send you a lab script and you could share your labs with him and your GP.

your only a month and a half out. your vitamin levels in your body don't change super drasticaly overnight. your body needs time to adjust, you may not notice a deficiency that early out. as your eating gets more regular your body will keep adjusting.

Ok thanks for the info, not going to get myself worked up about them yet. I see him next month for my 3 month check up.

Mine typically does the 6th month, year and then yearly afterward. I insisted on a lab slip at 3 months and 9 months the first year...Glad I did...was fighting a vit D low.
