It's cold again.  Had to start a fire.  The weather is swinging like a baseball batter these days.

B: coffee and cream
B2: pork shoulder blade, home made Shake N Bake style
L:  chicken pot pie, home made
S: protein drink with greek yogurt (50 gms)
D: BBQ pork country ribs, cheesy cauliflower

Your Bites are awesome today. Weather is off-and-on rain today. I'm hoping my lawn is soaking it all up.
