For that "Stuck Food" Feeling - A recipe for "what to do"

I saw another post... Thought I would share...
Yes, we have a sleeve with our DS, so we can get food stuck. In reality, it may or may not be stuck, it just may be our sleeve is full and hasn't processed the food in it yet. Our nerve endings are not telling our bodies that we are full. That's the sleeve part of our new config. Hence, running nose, sneezing, coughing, hiccups etc telling us.. Stop eating...
For instance, I cannot eat rice. I will probably wait for many years to even try rice again. I literally had 2 bites of rice a few months back, not good. I didn't know what was going on.
Here is the recipe for the stuck food situation (this was given to me by the surgeon's office):
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Tablespoon Meat Tenderizer
Mix it up and drink it fast. It makes everything go right through. If it is a really bad situation, you may want to drink a bit of water after, then do another mix up. I did it twice in a row that night with the rice I had. I've only used it one other time.
Disclaimer: I am not a Dr, this recipe was given to me by the nutritionist at the surgeon's office.
If the sleeve becomes full, stop eating and wait another 30-60 minutes before trying again. The food should leave the stomach by then. Sometimes I save the food for the next meal. I have never needed to drink the RNY stuff.
I don't eat rice although I have taken a few bites in the past (before DS but not since) but never been able to eat the entire serving. Best not to eat rice, since it expands in the stomach and may not be good for a sleeved stomach. Besides that, the brown and white rice contain refined carbs.

DS (lap) with Dr. Clifford Deveney. Cholecystectomy (lap) with Dr. Clifford Deveney 19 months post-op.
Has not weighed myself since 1/2010. Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
I've had my sleeve for 5 years and have never experienced things getting stuck. In theory, that should not happen as your LES and pyloric valves are both in tact. I did experience that all.the.time with the Lap-Band. There was a similar recipe going around at the time, but the real goal was to P.B. (productive burp/vomit) it back up if you could. Otherwise, it could be a very uncomfortable few hours until it finally worked its way through. :)
Lap-Band June 14, 2001. Dr. Rumbaut, Monterrey, Mexico.
Lap-Band removed after 7 years and converted to Sleeve Gastrectomy on July 7, 2008 by Dr. Roslin. I've had three happy healthy Lap-Band babies.... and one VSG baby. 5 years out from revision to VSG. Gained 55 pounds in past 5 months, now considering DS. :(

Even Dr Stewarts office manager gets things stuck in his sleeve. He only has a sleeve. The NP refers to him as an example.
I wanted to share this because someone had PM'd me asking if I knew a solution.
My friends who have sleeves, tell me about their weird feeling, a few of them went to Dr Barker, who told them to drink a carbonated beverage (that's old school thinking).
