Increasing the iron or the calcium may help but the bottomline is coming off the carbs..sugar, grains, etc. I was taking 300 mg of carbonyl iron and some heme iron my fist 4 years. How much are you taking?

It took my hubby 2 years to decide to join me in my low carb ways. He was almost bitter and jealous of my weight loss prior to that. I hope you guys can find a happy solution. He does need to stop sabotaging your efforts though.
