B: lots of coffee and evaporated milk (still using the same can)
B: chicken gizzards and hearts in heavy cream. Got a lot of meals out of $1.34 worth of protein.
L: 1 egg (6 gms)
S: protein drink, double scoop (60 grms)
D: something with yogurt. I need find more consistent ways to get that into my diet.
S: yogurt with strawberries (I crave strawberries. Bought more last night. Left the whip cream on the shelf though.)
Vites: doing great
Exerc: BBQing, gardening, vacuuming the dog

Life in OKC is slowly getting back to normal.
Routine messed up today. Overslept after geetting up at 3a to take family to airport.
I'm way too low on protein
B: bacon
S: donut. (shhhh......ate it at church)
S: cheese and olives
S: few blackberries
D: cheese enchilada, chips and guacamole
S: plan protein shake at bedtime

gina, our vitamin guru, is there anything wrong with taking iron bisglycinate?

bacon sandwich. crammed 7 slices of thick cut bacon on 1 slice of pumpernickel toast w/ lots of mayo

Not a thing wrong with the bisglycinate. It's an option or something you can use in combo with one of the other irons such as carbonyl and heme.

S - raw almonds
L - crustless quiche w/sausage; sautéed mushrooms, onions, zucchini; and a s**t ton of mozzarella cheese
S - cheese (cause i didnt have enough at linch) and cherries
D - ribeye; 1/4 potatoe smothered in butter; veggies
S - dunno

Cites - 30 min on the elliptical and a boxing conditioning class

Good evening,
B1: protein shake with 2 strawberries
B2: yogurt with one hard boiled egg
S: protein bar quest
L: 2 pickles wrapped in turkey slices
D: chili, small bowl
S: hubby took me for ice cream, Dairy Queen - ate a banana split
Vites: behind, need to take supper and bedtime
Exercites: helped my mom at her garage sale again today
I was planning a good eating day till hubby turned to go to dairy queen, this journey is going to be harder then I thought.
Gina, he loves his bread so he would never low carb with me, I have to do this on my own, I am thankful you are there for support, and this group to.
Anyway I have a question for you? can I take a second iron pill in a day to harden my bowel movements instead of it being so fatty, or is just because of what I am eating?
