B: coffee with evaporated milk (the can was already opened)
S: protein shake, double scoop (60)
L: going to a dog adoption/fair/parade. Will find something there. Hhhhmmm. Will take beef jerkey just in case. I can't afford to slip up and eat something stupid.
S: chicken with mayo/onion/seasonings crust on top - it's so easy to make and it tastes so good.
D: tiny little steak. I can eat a 2 inch X 2 inch piece of steak - such a cheap date!
Vit: doing well
Exer: Nadda. Letting my dog meet other dogs. I keep telling myself going to a dog adoption event/parade is a bad thing. It's like hanging out at the barber shop - you'll eventually get a hair cut.
The doggies will love you...with smell of beef jerky on your fingers. : )

Absolutely wild and unsettled time yesterday., but we're all ok. DD, DGD and dogs have moved in here because they have no power, someone's tree I sin their front yard and their back fences are down. Ok...enough is enough with this weather!!!

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries ( breakfast is so easy, I wonder why the rest of the day falls apart)
S: puff wheat square 2, and rice krispy squares 2
L: whole wheat bun with meat and mayo
D: left over Chinese food

VItes: all in except bedtime and I'm heading there shortly
Exercites: helped my mom at her garage sales all day, so was on my feet ( the sale went really well)
So glad for a new day tomorrow, I picked up some quest protein bars today, so will have one tomorrow, and lets hope for a better day.
Sounds like you might want to trash all the bread and other temptations in your house. Can you get your hubby to go low carb with you for awhile?

Exercise- Kitchen spring cleaning- Cleaned all the cabinets out and washed them down, cleaned out the fridge. ( I know this does not seem like much but before surgery I would not have been able to do this.)
