If it's domperidone, I wouldn't waste my money on it. While I know people have different reactions to things, it did absolutely nothing for me except cost $150.......I still suffer. I've kind of turned to a tsp of baking soda in a little water. Most times, it will eat through anything sitting in my stomach, unless I've waited too long. I know this is not good, but I've tried everything and I don't want to give up my stomach.

Good evening Gina,

Bites:

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries

S: fruit and a muffin( party at work)

L: sandwich on whole wheat and some fruit

S: nuts (almonds)

D: chinese food (from the restaurant in town)

S: protein shake

Vites: missed lunch so trying to play catch-up, I will get them all in.

Exercites: back at it next week

Day two at work today, my brain is ready to explode lol

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I like your B, after L snack, D and bedtime snack. lol  The muffin, fruit and whole wheat would be a killer for me at work. Would not be able to make it all afternoon without issues.

breakfast ham steak - can't believe i ate the entire thing

sunflower seeds

chinese take out:

spicy shrimp & chicken

steamed pork dumplings - dumpling wrapper removed

few bites of fried rice

guts of an egg roll

small sq of chocolate cake

double protein iced hazelnut coffee

cube steak w/provolone cheese

beets

greek yogurt

double protein iced coffee

mini bag of popcorn w/extra butter

vites:  all in

fluids:  100+ oz

Was kinda bad for dinner today but not toooooo bad. It was fried in corn meal.

D- one piece of fried catfish, three pieces of fried okra and a bite of black eyed peas

S-protein shake, SF pop cycle

sugar- 37

all vits and calcium in
