Hi guys,
Happy Friday! Is it too early to wear white jeans? I love my DS....who would have thought I'd ever be comfortable wearing white jeans.


BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds, and a protein coffee (30g)
S - JayRobb protein bar

L - tuna salad
S - peanuts
D - ribeye steak and Caesar salad
 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting  

EXERCITES:
none

B - Lots of sf hazelnut coffee with half & half

B - homemade 3 bean salad, mozarella pearls and a little smoked beef sausage

S - More coffee and a lil bit more 3 bean salad

L  - I'm so full from coffee, so lunch is gonna have to wait.  I'm really gonna have to look into cutting down on my coffee!!!!

S - Baby shrimps

D - 3 bean salad, mozarella pearls and smoked beef sausage leftovers :)

S - Protein shake

B: coffee with 1/2N1/2

S: protein shake, double scoop

L: Pork tenderloin left overs, 3 triscuits with cream cheese and roasted garlic cloves on them (the crackers give me gas, and 6 garlic cloves makes that gas lethal).  6 cherry tomatoes

S: tofu fake mac and cheese

D: chicken legs, steak, pork chops - all defrosting over night.  One of them will be dinner.

Vits: Getting even better at it.

Exer:  stripping cast iron pans to bare iron and re-seasoning.  Cleaning house and cooking a week's worth of meals.

I have noticed the price of cashews has sky rocketed!  The price of nuts is making me put them back on the shelf.  I love cashews, but it's probably for the best.  They are carbs and I tend to nosh on them every evening. 

They are my crack though

And if you are thin, you can wear white at any time.

Great job!  You are a real motivation. 

I try not to look at the price of peanuts, almonds, or macadamia nuts.

Scale finally budged! Down 2.5 lbs this past week - 8 week stall broken? Hope so!

Bites:

B - coffee and cream; Fage yogurt w/blackberries and slivered almonds

S - raw almonds and turkey jerky

L - mixed salad with crab salad and 2 pc's of bacon

S - salami and cheese

D  - TBD: girlz night out!

S - maybe...

Vites: yes indeedy!
Cites: not tonight honey - I have a headache!

Tornados moving into our county. The city shut down about 2 hrs ago, we're watching the weather and waiting.......

After my trip to SF need to do something different. Need to lose a few pounds. Find myself reading dieting stuff

B: bacon, protein shake
S: muffin. (I know)
L: clam chowder
S: blackberries, string cheese
D: sausage, potatoes, onions

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: grocery shopping and errands after work

Dang it! Swinging lizards those storms move on past you.  Please tell me you have a cellar.

In an earlier post you said you had an upper GI and a EGD. What do you think is going on?  Are you going to see Dr K when you go out to CA?

No cellar or storm shelter. Very few of us do. Looks like it may go just north of us, sirens going off, but still all is ok.

I won't be near dr. K, unfortunately. The GI doc I have here is excellent. He thinks I have "gastric dis motility" due to my long standing diabetes. Has recommends a medication from Canada, unfortunately it interacts negatively with another medication I take. So, not sure what I'm going to do.
