Starting my wls journey

Girrrl! I was I used the electric grocery cart a few times because my arthritis is sooo bad in my feet. I think the cart is fun! I would make eye contact with people and smile resl big. They would actually stop and talk to me sometimes. I especially liked to back up. Beep beep beep! My daughter would just shake her head and laugh at me. Enjoy it. We are so blessed to have these resources st our finger tips. Congrads on your upcoming surgery. It will chsnge your life.

  I like your attitude!  My knees are getting really bad lately and too much walking hurts like crazy. My daughter rode in a cart at Target one day because her stomach was hurting. She said it was really fun and I was laughing because she is this tiny blonde 11 year old girl.  I am ready to get going. I have researched my doctor and am ready.

I'm so happy for you! I love my DS. I have lost almost 70 lbs in 4 mo. As a matter of fact. Today is my 4 mo anniversary. I went fro 236 to 167. It is thrilling. I eat well and still lose weight. At 236 I was miserable. My life is souch better just 4 months later. Enjot the ride!
