I thought I was doing good!
so I calculated my % of weight loss and at 4 months its only 27.71% in order to be on track I should lose 50% by six months... That means I have to lose 90 lbs in 2 months...
I thought I was doing so good! 110 lb loss is great don't get me wrong I feel great about that but I was hoping to be a text book surgery and of course YMMV...
Ill take my victory of 110 lb loss and just keep doing what i'm doing and hopefully ill be set to get to goal!
You are doing great. This is a marathon not a sprint and you have the DS on your side. Keep on plan.

I know it's easier said that done, but please don't compare yourself with percentages and rates. In my opinion, there is no "should" when it comes to where we are at any given time. Our bodies are different even if our procedures are the same. 110 lbs in 4 months is awesome! Its ok to set goals, but as long as we have our tool - we can work it and be successful outside the confines of the statistics! Congrats!!!!
OK. I apologize, but I'm an accountant. I'm looking at your stats. It says you have lost 110. It shows you have 143 left to lose. That is a total of roughly 250 lbs to lose from the day of surgery.
What is 110 divided by 250? That's got to be closer to 45%, not 27%.
How did you get 27%? You understand that the measurement is the percentage you have lost compared the total weight you need to lose.
