B: coffee with 1/2n1/2
B2: Low carb pizza. This came out well. The crust is 6 eggs, 6 oz cream cheese, Parm, seasonings. No egg flavor! 12 carbs for the whole crust, which made tons of pizza. I had enough to make an extra crust to put in the freezer.
L: tuna salad with roasted red peppers scooped up with celery stalks, olives
S: protein shake, 2 scoops
D: Big, Juicy double patti hamburger with double cheese and bacon, totally loaded, on 1/2 a Flatout
vites: on schedule. Can take 4 pills at a time now.... baby steps
exerc: going to the beach with the dog. Walk around the marina and see the boats.
Sounds like an excellent day. I'm glad the low carb pizza was good. : )

I'm not too good with recipes (I wing it), but here goes:
- Blend 6 eggs with 6 oz of cream cheese. Make sure both are at room temperature. I beat this to death to make it as smooth as possible. Put any seasonings you want in it. I used minced garlic (2 cloves), oregano and basil from my garden, salt, pepper, whatever else I thought might taste good. (Next time I will do a Mexican one with different spices and turn it into a huge taco.)
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13 pan (I used different pans and got 2 crusts) with non-stick spray. Do not make this without spraying the pan because this will stick like glue.
- Sprinkle grated Parm (I used real Parm, not the green can) in the bottom of your sprayed pan. I put enough to heavily coat the bottom.
- Pour your eggs/cream cheese stuff over the top of the Parm. Spread it out so it’s evenly covered.
- Bake till golden – start checking it at 25 minutes.
- Pull crust out when done. Immediately load it with your toppings, and put it back into the oven under broil. I didn’t want to cook the bottom any more, just sear the toppings and melt the cheese I put on it.
- Take out and let it cool a bit, then cut and eat.
- This is not a firm crust – you need a fork and a plate. I do not taste eggs when I eat this.
Keep safe out there, Lisa. You're doing great this week.
