Let's see... tiny sleeve, not a foodie, too lazy, grazer, hate counting grams from food when the grams per scoop are right there on the label, I like them, and I'll probably think of some more. lol
Another one...I'm almost 6 years out and only 5 pounds over my lowest weight of 115 pounds, and my protein and albumin labs are awesome. They work.

Protein - 88g - I think I'll add some extra protein snacks in or another shake somewhere
B - Iced sf vanilla coffee w/whole milk
B2 - Scrambled egg with cheese (10g)
S - Iced sf hazelnut coffee w/half & half
L - cottage cheese, hummus and a few turkey slices (20g)
S - Protein pudding (16g)
D - Tuna and a lil mayo (18g)
S - Protein shake (24g)

B: cup of coffee with 1/2N1/2. New propane tank delivered before I got dressed! How dare they nudge me to start my day...
L: Chicken hearts and gizzards in heavy cream and seasonings. First time I've made this. It's good. Poured over a low carb bran muffin experiment gone wrong. Biscuits and gravy.... :-)
S: protein shake, double scoop, with yogurt (70 gms)
D: Frigapreese. This is French for frig surprise - left overs morphed into a stir fry, salad, or a pot pie

Vits: on schedule. Taking 3 times a day now. Iron getting in every day now.
Exerc: get the chain saw started. Pounding my fist, kicking the saw, swearing, pulling on the rope, swearing, throwing the wrench down, flipping through the manual... a lot of calories get burned up doing this.
Yep, have done several days of Exercites like the one you had... I used to own a 1978 MGB convertible and did a lot of the work myself. Good job on your Bites today too.

S - Turkey jerky and raw almonds
L - salad with crab salad on top
S - salami and cheese if you please!
D - TBD - leaning towards cheesy eggs
S - cherries and/or meat roll up
Vites - Yes indeedy!
Cites - not a chance - to busy today
Very nice! I've been thinking about adding raw almond slivers to my Greek yogurt. Will try it tomorrow.
